The Truwind Name
Living in Aotearoa New Zealand, our very existence here has been contingent on skilled navigators such as Kupe, Tasman and Cook. Their ability to read the winds, currents, waves and stars is legendary.
Skilled navigators, whether negotiating the trade winds of the Pacific or the complexities of modern marketing, must discern between true wind and the misleading crosswinds and currents that can put one on the wrong path.

Founded in 2006 as Research First, the company comprises some 20 market researchers throughout New Zealand servicing a wide range of clients across the public and private sectors.
In 2024 we rebranded as Truwind, in recognition of the fact that what is truly foremost in clients’ minds is not the research itself, but the truth of the insights and guidance that arise from it.
